Chillboio Studios LLC (CStudios) and CStudios User

TLDR:

• Your account belongs to you and must not be shared. CStudios uses data you provide to operate and improve services and to keep users safe.
• You can request access or corrections to your data where local law allows.
• Violations of these terms may lead to account action up to termination or IP Ban.

1. Mission Statement:

Chillboio Studios (“CStudios”) is committed to providing games and services that are inclusive and safe for all users. If any aspect of our offerings appears inconsistent with this mission, please contact CStudios administration immediately at administration@chillboiostudios.com.

2. Your Account and Responsibilities:

• Account Ownership
  Your account is owned exclusively by the account creator. The creator is responsible for all actions and content associated with their account.
• Account Security
  You must keep your credentials confidential and not share access with others
• Prohibited Use
  You must not use CStudios services to harass, defraud, stalk, threaten, spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or engage in illegal activities. Violations may result in suspension, termination, content removal, or legal action.

3. Data Collection and Use:

• What We Collect
  We collect information you provide directly (account details, profile data, communications), information generated by your use of our services (usage logs, device and connection metadata), and information from third parties where permitted.
• How We Use Data
  CStudios may use data to operate and improve services; personalize experiences; provide customer support; enforce policies and safety; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
• Legal Basis and Legitimate Interests
  Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on performance of a contract, legal compliance, consent, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving services.
• Analytics and Aggregation
  We may analyze and aggregate data to produce non-identifiable statistics used to improve product quality and user experience.

  You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By submitting content, you grant CStudios a perpetual, non‑revocable, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and use that content as necessary to provide the service.
• CStudios Content
  All software, graphics, designs, names, and marks provided by CStudios are the property of CStudios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You must not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

7. Enforcement and Remedies

• Investigations
  CStudios may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent termination, and legal referrals. 
• Appeals
  If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, follow the appeal or support process at the contact provided. 
• Limitations and Disclaimers
  Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. CStudios disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. 
• Liability Cap
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, CStudios’ liability for direct damages arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the prior 12 months, or a nominal amount if none. 

8. Changes to These Terms and Privacy Practices

CStudios may modify this combined Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Third Party Services

Our services may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their practices or content. 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio . Disputes will be resolved as described in any applicable dispute resolution clause or as required by law.
