1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) govern your access to and use of all services, websites, applications, and products provided by Chillboio Studios LLC (“CStudios”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Our Services are intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

All software, branding, design, and content provided by CStudios are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse‑engineer, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted.



6. User Content


6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload or create.


6.2 License to CStudios

By submitting, uploading, or transmitting any content through the Services (“User Content”), you grant Chillboio Studios LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable, assignable, and unrestricted license to:

  • use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, host, store, archive, commercialize, and otherwise exploit your User Content in any manner and for any purpose, whether currently known or later developed;
  • sublicense or transfer these rights to any third party, partner, affiliate, contractor, or service provider at CStudios’ sole discretion;
  • use your User Content in any media format or channel, including but not limited to digital, print, broadcast, advertising, marketing, analytics, training, development, and internal operations.

This license survives account deletion, content deletion, and termination of these Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you acknowledge that this license is permanent and cannot be revoked, and that CStudios has no obligation to remove, cease using, or stop distributing any User Content once provided.



6.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload:

  • Illegal content
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Copyright‑infringing material
  • Malware or harmful code
  • Content intended to harass, defame, or harm others



7. Privacy Policy


7.1 Data We Collect

We may collect:

  • Account information (email, username, password hash)
  • Device and usage data (IP address, logs, browser info)
  • Optional profile information
  • Service‑specific data depending on the product

We do not collect data from users under 13.


7.2 How We Use Data

Chillboio Studios LLC does not maintain a registered DMCA agent and does not plan to do so for the foreseeable future.


12.2 Internal Copyright System

All copyright complaints must be submitted through our internal system at:

We will review and act on valid complaints.



13. Law Enforcement Requests

We only disclose user information when required by:

  • Judge‑signed warrants

  • A copy of the request (when legally permitted)

We disclose only the minimum information required.
